Insurance Console, policy registration dashboard
Fanavaran Khebreh’s operations team registered and issued insurance policies, fire insurance for businesses among them, through a process that touched a dozen different reference tables: insurance groups, policy tables, claim files, contract tables, geography and banking lookups, with no single dashboard tying it together. A dedicated console was designed to run the entire registration-to-issuance flow from one screen.

Overview
A toolbar of common operations, add, edit or delete a record, requests, transactions, inquiries, printing, reporting, sits above a color-coded transaction table that shows issued and not-yet-issued policies at a glance, filterable and searchable by contract or computer code. Alongside it, a navigation tree organizes every base-data table an operator might need, insurance lines, country, bank, province, city, branches, persons, settlement controls, currency, so they can jump to any reference table without leaving the workspace, on a layout that also collapses cleanly for narrower screens.
Centralizing the process onto one dashboard reduced human error and increased the operations team’s throughput, giving them a single, coherent place to manage customer and policy information instead of switching between disconnected tools.
