Kartabl, insurance workflow app
Fanavaran Khebreh Insurance’s specialist teams processed cases, fire-insurance policies among them, each tracked by its own computer code, through manual, paper-heavy workflows spread across people and channels. Kartabl gives every specialist a single digital task inbox instead of a desk full of case files.

Overview
The task list splits into the views a specialist actually works from, my open tasks, related open tasks, all tasks, my closed tasks, searchable and sortable by policy code, with pagination once a queue runs long. A dedicated notifications inbox tracks which case updates have been seen and which haven’t, so nothing sits unread. The whole interface supports light and dark mode plus a switchable accent color, kept deliberately simple so specialists could pick it up without training.
Replacing the manual process with this focused task inbox increased team productivity and markedly cut the time it took to move a case from open to closed.
